About the Accommodation

The main guideline in designing the “Fairy River” was warmth, uniqueness, and spaciousness. Location offers the perfect place to start discovering the awesome Bovec Valley. When it rains, you can drag on a wide window shelf and enjoy reading books or observe the spectacular views of nearby mountains. And when the snow falls, the apartment offers to pamper by the hand-made fireplaces.

Fairy River 85m² - Comfort Duplex (1st and 2nd floor)

• Romantic Freedom in Masterbedroom: Double Bed 180 x 200 with a smaller, unique library and hand-made fireplace
• (Children’s) Bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and toys
• Bathroom with bath and toilet in 2nd floor
• Fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, retro fridge and an oven.
• Toilet in 1st floor
• Dining room with TV and satellite programs,
• Wood stove and another unique fireplace
• Bedroom with a bed 160x200 and darts

The apartment also offers:

• Free parking, one for each apartment. In case you are coming with more than 1 car, you can park on public parking places in Bovec (free of charge). Both main free of charge parking areas are approx. 5min of walk from the apartment

• In our apartment, we also offer “help” for the youngest hill-climbers. Rent of rucksack is included in the rental price. For safety reasons, please only let us know if the backpack has ever been damaged during use. Use a backpack at your own risk.

Neighbourhood

House Bovecation is situated in the center of Bovec, but away from the city noise, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and perfect equipment for the best guests. Suitable for families or a small group that appreciates comfort, spaciousness, and cosiness.

Transport

House Bovecation is located in the city center of Bovec,

• 2min walk to the main square
• 1.2 km from Bovec - Kanin Ski Resort
• Bovec Airport is 1km away,
• We can pick you up near the house and give you experience on River Soča or somewhere else in Bovec Valley you wont forget :)

Worth to visit straight from the apartment, you can leave your car on your dedicated parking space and you are in action:

• Waterfall Virje and Gljun (approx. 1h to the waterfall and 1 h back – nice trail path) https://www.soca-valley.com/en/attractions/nature/gorges-and-waterfalls/2015090119071483/virje-waterfall/
• Mountain Kanin (approx.4h to the top of the Mountain). Of course, it is easier to use the lift and you are in 30min above 2.000m. If it is bright from the top can be seen Adriatic sea, so skiing or hiking with a view on the sea.
• City center (2min walk)

For sure it is also worth to visit other areas if you are the first time in Bovec:

• Lepena Valley (10min by car from the apartment). There you can experience a really energetic place called Šunikov Water Grove https://www.soca-valley.com/en/attractions/nature/gorges-and-waterfalls/2015121119254077/the-sunik-water-grove/
• at the beginning of Lepena Valley are on Soča river Velika Korita – nature really can make wonders. You can swim there and drink the river Soča at the same time. https://www.soca-valley.com/en/attractions/nature/gorges-and-waterfalls/2015121117121068/the-great-soca-gorge/
• or if you like hiking, maybe a place to see is also Krn lake (approx. 1,5h walk from the end of Lepena valley. https://www.soca-valley.com/en/attractions/nature/lakes/2018012510053404/the-krnsko-jezero-lake/ 
• Boka waterfall (with a car – 10 min trip). It is probably the highest waterfall in Slovenia https://www.soca-valley.com/en/attractions/nature/gorges-and-waterfalls/2015082710021276/the-boka-waterfall/ 
• Hike not to be missed - from the spring of river Soča to the Bovecation House, 25km of pure nature along the magical Soča river.
